What is EILEEN FISHER Renew?
Renew is our take-back and resale program. We collect EILEEN FISHER garments from customers, clean them, and find them a new home to keep textiles out of landfills.
What is the condition of Renew items?
Every piece is professionally cleaned and carefully inspected. We only sell items that are in excellent or like-new condition. If a garment is damaged beyond repair, we upcycle it into limited-edition art pieces.
How do I return a Renew purchase?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received, with all Renew tags attached.
How do I send my old clothes back to you?
You can bring your pre-loved EILEEN FISHER pieces to any EILEEN FISHER retail store or mail them to our recycling center. In exchange, you will receive $5 in Rewards for each item.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Can I use EILEEN FISHER gift cards on Renew?
Yes, EILEEN FISHER gift cards and Rewards earned through our take-back program are valid for purchases on the Renew website.
