We want you to love your circular fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on Renew items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your Renew items in the original shipping box or any sturdy reusable mailer, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the garment.
